Petro Tape or Petrolatum Tape is made by synthetic fabric tape fully impregnated and coated with a stable petrolatum compound and inert siliceous fillers. Chemically inert and does not polymerize or oxidize and therefore retains its water resistance and dielectric properties over an indefinite period. It is free of chemical impurities. This unique protective coating system has been designed as an effective solution to: corrosion, sealing, insulation and waterproofing problems.
